Chassis repaired and aligned,
fitted to rotisserie and primed.

Timber kit
and body tub fitted and aligned to chassis.

Front guards,
rear guards, bonnet and doors fitted and aligned. All lock
mechanisms and body rubbers are fitted in order to ensure
correct alignment of all panels.
After checking
alignment and fitment of all panels, all panels are removed
and any body imperfections are repaired.

Body tub
braced and removed from chassis. Body shell, panels and
suspension parts prepared / primed with two pack primer.

After
checking alignment of the body tub on the chassis, the body
tub is removed from chassis, and the chassis is prepared and
painted in two pack black.

|
After
preparation the body tub and all panels are painted in side
and out in two pack black and after painting the body tub is
carefully refitted and aligned back onto the chassis.

Original dash
board disassembled, all gauges, switches refurbished. Dash
board bead blasted, repaired and re-painted, dash board is
now fully re-assembled and fitted to car.

Seats frames
repaired and trims hand made including door trims, kick
panels trims and rear internal body tub trims. Hood frames
repaired and fitted in to place and hand made canvas hood is
aligned to bows and body shell.
