This Garage (actually it's a barn) is the home of two MG's a 1961 MGA 1600 Roadster and a 1974 MGB-GT. My very first car was a Renault Dauphine which I bought in Paris for $50. I have had several British cars in the past among them a Triumph Spitfire, which was the very first new car I ever bought. It was purchased in Paris where I lived and worked for several years as a member of the diplomatic staff at the American Embassy. The purchase price of the Spitfire was $1,800 new from the factory. The Triumph followed me to my next assignment in Ottawa, Canada. I drove the Triumph for several years before the gas tank rusted out and the car was traded in on a Ford
