Sophie’s ride4difference 2007 Invitation - This event is in honour of Sophie
Delezio. 100% of fund raised are donated to the Day of Difference
foundation. Last year we had some cars this year we want heaps of Cars!
Where: Riders, classic and custom cars from Sydney, Wollongong and the North
Coast will muster at Sydney Olympic Park and travel on as one large group to
present funds to the Day of Difference Foundation. Please check

The event has been running for some years now and is open to all MG Car Club
members in the country, Initially the event was always staged in Victoria at
Shepparton with a Sprint at Winton,Motorkhana and a Presentation breakfast
at Shepparton. In 2003 we ran the event here where all participants stayed
in the Barossa Valley ( Tanunda ) with a Sprint at Mallala, Hillclimb at
Collingrove and Presentation breakfast at Tanunda. In 2004 the event
returned to Victoria, Melbourne ( Lilydale ), with a Sprint at Sandown,
Hillclimb at Rob Roy and Presentation breakfast at Lilydale. It was back to
SA in 2005, Vic. in 2006 and now it is our turn again in 2007. This event is
grass roots motorsport with a great social flavour, there are contact
details on the flyer. We will be distributing the same flyer at the Nat.
Meet. Please let us know if there is any of your members interested in
attending, we book 40 rooms at a motel in Tanunda and it is first in best
dressed.

Centro Roselands invites your car club to be involved in this very exciting
event to be held in June 2007. This great family Car Show is designed to
create a showcase of historical and new cars for the public to view and
experience. This major event for Centro Roselands will be heavily supported
by media and advertising to ensure strong public attendance across the
weekend. The Car Show will also see a range of entertainment and activities
to create further excitement.

A $2-00 entry fee is charged at
standard Club meeting nights & $5-00 on outdoor meetings to defray expenses.
Important - Events marked with #
gain points towards the various Club trophies i.e., POINT SCORE EVENTS. A
Magazine event report attracts 1 point. A special prize will be awarded for the
best attendance at midweek runs indicated. |
